Standard Supply is our core, charity-ready specification. It requires a registered partner and is designed for community housing delivery.
What is the JTC pathway?
JTC stands for Journey to Custodianship. It is a partner-delivered pathway that helps families move from stability, to contribution, to ownership of their home. The partner runs the tenancy and support. THWA supplies the home, the pricing and the documentation. It requires a registered partner.
How do I become a registered partner?
Complete the partner enquiry form on our Partner page. We'll have a conversation to understand your organisation and whether our model is the right fit. If aligned, we'll register you and issue a partner_id.
Are the prices on the website final?
All prices shown are indicative only. Final pricing is subject to configuration, delivery location, site conditions, and current material costs. Contact us for a formal quotation.
Do you deliver outside Perth metro?
Yes. We deliver across Western Australia — metro, regional, and remote. Delivery costs vary by location. Use the Design Studio to get an indicative delivery estimate, or contact us for a site-specific quote.
What does "20% of profits to community" mean?
Twenty percent of Tiny Homes WA net profits are permanently allocated to WA community impact initiatives — financial reset, employment readiness, mental health support, family stability, and long-term independence. This is structural, not discretionary.
